¨  DEPARTURE INFORMATION   ¨

Finally, the day you've been looking forward to has arrived.  A couple weeks prior to your departure day, the 'Q'Girls will mail a trip letter detailing everything you need to know to help you prepare for your trip.  If you have any questions, or concerns, please call -- we're here to help and assist.  We want this to be a life-long "great" memorable experience for you.

Check-in will begin promptly at 9:00 A.M. in the Q105 office.  At that time, you will be “required” to show a valid photo I.D. and/or passport.  Due to Homeland Security regulations, this is mandatory in order to board the boat.

Boarding will begin as soon as ALL passengers have checked-in and the Q105 Crew has everything in order.

 ¨  ON-BOARD TRIP INFORMATION   ¨

q       There will be a safety information and day to day ships routine seminar as we depart San Diego.  This will be followed by a fishing seminar where we will discuss jackpot rules, long range sport fishing ethics, trolling and kite rotation rules, the hottest fishing techniques,  sport boat practices and catch care (frozen or refrigerated sea water).

q       Beer, soda and bottled water are for sale onboard using the honor system.  Please do not bring any beer, soda or bottled water onboard.  If you have a special request we will try to accommodate you, please give us as much lead time as possible.

q       We have a satellite phone onboard if you need to keep in touch with your family or business.  The phone charges out at $3.00 per each part of a minute.

q        We serve three excellent meals with snacks daily.  However, if you have special dietary needs please inform our office when you make your reservation and inform the chef when onboard.

q        Loaner trolling and kite rigs are available for your use.  Tackle packages (sets of rods and reels) are available while the supply lasts.  Terminal tackle and monofilament fishing line are not included.

q       Come prepared with terminal tackle, but don’t worry if you forget a particular item of gear, we have you covered in our tackle locker.

q       On the night prior to your return to San Diego we will have a “trip end” meeting.  At this time we will discuss the unloading of our catch at the dock, your fish processing options, the payment of all galley, tackle, and telephone tabs and if you desire this is also the time to express your thanks to the crew.
